What is Mo?
Mo is a USDC app where you hold your own wallet keys. Money lets you earn yield, trade, send, receive, and move USDC to and from a bank. Life lets you spend it on Travel. Rewards, meaning Mo Points and Mo Plus, connect the two.
How do I add money?
Add money from a supported bank or from another crypto wallet. Bank transfers settle through a regulated partner. Crypto arrives directly in your own wallet. Fees and availability depend on the route and your region, and you see the cost before you confirm.
What are Earn, Trade, and Send?
Earn puts supported assets into yield vaults and pays yield in the same asset. Trade buys and sells supported crypto, Coinbase tokenized US stocks, and stablecoins from your own wallet. Send moves assets to another person or wallet. Each works only where its providers and local rules allow.
What are Travel and Ask Mo?
Travel lets you search and book hotels with USDC. Ask Mo is a travel assistant coming soon to the mobile app. It will explain stays and pass the offer you pick to the normal checkout. It will never move money or book on its own.
How do I get Mo Points, and what can I use them for?
You get Mo Points by holding an eligible balance, spending on Travel, and inviting people. You can redeem them in four places: Travel checkout, the bank withdrawal fee, Mo Plus, and Mystery Stock. Points are not cash, so you can’t withdraw, transfer, or swap them for USDC.
What is Mystery Stock?
Mystery Stock is a reward you open with Mo Points in the mobile app. You receive 0.01, 0.1, or 1 token of a randomly selected Coinbase tokenized US stock, delivered to your own wallet. Most openings give 0.01 token. It is only for eligible non-US users in supported regions.
What is Mo Plus?
Mo Plus is a 30-day or 360-day membership you buy on the Mo Plus screen with USDC, Mo Points, or both. It never renews automatically; buying again extends your term. It removes Mo’s fee on Trade and cross-chain transfers, halves the bank withdrawal fee, and adds Travel points. Third-party network costs still apply.
What fees should I expect?
Holding USDC and direct sends and receives on supported networks have no Mo fee. Trade has a conversion fee. Cross-chain transfers can carry third-party network costs, plus a Mo fee for Free members shown in the quote, which Plus removes. Bank withdrawals have their own fee, which points can cover.
Who controls my funds, and when do I need to verify my identity?
You do. Mo is self-custodial, so you hold your wallet keys and funds. You verify your identity only for bank features, such as opening a virtual account or withdrawing to a bank. Bank, Trade, cross-chain, and Mystery Stock features depend on your region and provider eligibility.
Does Mo only work on Base?
No. Base is Mo's home network, and Universal connects it to other chains. Tap 'Add money', then send tokens like ETH or USDC to your Mo address on Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, or Arbitrum. Universal converts them to USDC on Base. Tap 'Withdraw' to send USDC out as supported tokens on chains like Solana and Robinhood Chain. Fees apply.
