How Insights Works

Open any asset in Mo and scroll its detail screen. Under the price and the chart there is a short read about what has been happening to that asset. That’s Insights.

Insights is written by Mo’s own AI pipeline. It is not a feed bought from a data vendor and it is not a human research desk.

When entries are written

The schedule follows the market the asset actually trades in.

ContentSchedule
Stock entriesUS market open and close, on trading days
Crypto entries00:00 and 12:00 UTC
News sweepEvery 12 hours
Key issuesWeekly

Stocks get two entries a trading day because that is when the underlying market starts and stops setting a price. Crypto never stops, so it runs on a fixed clock instead. The news sweep and the weekly key issues sit underneath both, catching the slower stories that don’t belong to a single session.

Where the material comes from

Each entry is built from web search results, and the sources are cited. If a line says an asset moved on an earnings report or a protocol upgrade, you can open the source it came from and read it yourself rather than taking the summary’s word for it.

Entries are written in all five of Mo’s app languages, so the read is the same wherever you are.

What Insights will not do

Mo does not give advice in its own voice. Insights describes what happened and what sources are saying about it. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold anything, and it does not set a price target.

Mo holds your balance and routes your trades, and a product in that position telling you what to do with an asset would be a conflict of interest.

The limits

AI-generated content can contain errors. It can misread a source, summarise a stale one, or get a number wrong, and a confident sentence looks identical whether or not it is correct.

So treat Insights as informational only. It is not financial advice, it is not a recommendation, and it is not a substitute for your own research. Verify anything you plan to act on, starting with the cited source, and go to the primary document if the decision matters.

Using it well

The entries are most useful as a starting point for a question rather than an answer to one. If a crypto entry flags unusual activity, that is a reason to go look at the protocol, not a reason to trade. If a stock entry mentions a filing, the filing itself is a short click away and says more.

Insights costs nothing and is available on every supported asset, on both Free and Mo Plus. Availability follows the asset: if you can see an asset in Mo, you can read its Insights.
